Warm Up with Rosa Mexicano's Boozy Mexican Coffee

With notes of ancho chile, caneia and vanilla, this boozy Mexican Coffee is the perfect spiked treat to warm you up on a brisk winter day. Featuring fair trade Mexican coffee from chiapas, ancho reyes, 1921 crema, milagro reposado, canela-agave, chocolate bitters, kahlua cream, we strongly recommend adding this to your holiday cocktail list. Mexican Coffee Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

1.25 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

1.0 oz 1921 Crema

.5 oz Milagro reposado tequila

3 dashes Fee Brother's Aztec Chocolate bitters

7 oz Hot Coffee

Topped with Kahlua whipped cream

5 dashes Mavican shaved chocolate, cinnamon & sugar

Instructions:

Build directly into clay jarritos.

Combine Ancho Reyes, 1921 Crema, Milagro reposado, canela agave and chocolate bitters and stir

Top with hot coffee.

Finish with Kahlua whipped cream and a healthy sprinkle of mexican shaved chocolate, cinnamon & sugar.

Garnish with a canela stick.
