Occasionally, fun food things we do in our personal time and on a whim can make for a quick article. Case in point, Flour Water Salt Bread’s Thursday pizza night, a mere two miles or so from my apartment. Now, I’m no stranger to their sourdough pizza, as I’ve had it years ago, and on select days, it’s available as a take-and-bake to-go option if you happen to be in one of their locations grabbing bread or a pastry.
