On July 30, Stew Leonard’s in Newington presents a “Marvelous Macarons Day Camp for Kids.” Kid ages 6-12 can learn the different techniques used to create this delicate and popular French dessert. This taco has crispy wild gulf oysters that are soaked in buttermilk, dredged in cornmeal (seasoned masa) and served in a tangy oyster sauce.
