Hear me out. After the Thanksgiving Day Parade, you get a full day of football (both pro and college) and whether you’re a big football fan or not, it can be fun to get into the game when you’re with friends and family and everyone is cheering around you. Plus, it gives you an excuse to sit & relax on the couch for hours and just watch TV, especially if that means you get to “rest your eyes” for a bit. Divvy out the cooking and cleaning responsibilities to your kids; surely they are tired of scrolling their phones by now, right? While being around loved ones is nice – including those beloved cats, dogs, fish, pet iguanas, etc. – the best thing of all is really, well, the food. And when I say food, I really mean the desserts. And by desserts, I really mean…PIE. While not all pies are created equal, each pie on this guide will probably be the best pie you’ve ever tasted.
