You think Bobby Flay and Michael Symon got anything on us? Those Iron Chef's may know how to cook but this is Iron Bar - time to put that work where it matters, getting our drink on. Hanging with Faith Middleton, Tyler Anderson and Drew Kulsveen sipping some cocktails and chowing on some beef fat fries. 

Yes, I did just say WNPR's Faith Middleton and Chopped Winner Tyler Anderson will both be there. Don't worry we've got more fab celebs for you to party with.

This is your one and only chance to select this year's Iron Bar Champion. 

12 Finalists will use Willett Pot Still to create what they each hope will be the winning cocktail and YOU get to try them all and help determine the winner. The Gala Winner will receive $1000 cash prize and a trip to Kentucky with Plan B and Willett Distillery.  

Of course it's a Plan B party so we're going to feed you all sorts of amazing food AND in addition to getting to sample all 12 of the cocktails we're going to give you 2 free drinks (beer or wine) AND you'll get to schmooze with WNPR's Faith Middleton, Chopped Winner Tyler Anderson, Master Distiller Drew Kulsveen, Chris Prosperi of Metro Bis and Dimitrios Elias Zahariadisof The Cocktail Chemist & USBGCT, our amazing celebrity judges.

Aged Cheddar, Parmesan, and Manchego flambéed with

Apple Brandy and Over-proof Bourbon

Served with strawberry jalapeno jam, apple cider compote,

and bourbon blueberry jam

Passed Appetizers:

Bloody Mary Shrimp ceviche served in a mini martini glass

Coffee crusted pulled pork shoulder served with apple-cilantro

chutney in a mini tortilla cup

Bourbon cured salmon, dill cream cheese, cucumber shooters
