If you like your pasta, La Pasta di Aldo Egg pasta is hand rolled, not extruded, and comes in several great flavors, (Plain Pappardelle, Plain Tagliatelle, Tagliatelle with Saffron or Truffle), and it is not to be missed. Al Pasta di Aldo is made in small batches with stone ground grain to leave in more essential oils, and half the weight of the pasta is from free-range organic eggs. Aldo then finishes up by hanging the pasta to air dry instead of laying it down or heating it in an oven. You'll never go back to standard dry pasta.
