Why not learn from a master?  Corinne Trang is an award-winning author of several books including Noodles Every Day (2009), Curry Cuisine (2007), The Asian Grill (2006), She was dubbed the “Julia Child of Asian Cuisine” by the Washington Post, and has written for numerous publications including Saveur, Food & Wine, Relish, Cooking Light, and Bon Appetit.

Creative Food Writing

This class is for 8 to 12 writers.  $200

Perfect for food bloggers, travel writers, aspiring cookbook authors and anyone who loves to eat! Indulge  in your favorite food not with fork in hand but with words. In this  workshop you will learn how to describe food evocatively, write a proper recipe, tell a story, and more.  Who knows, it may inspire you to start your very own food blog or your own personal cookbook Bring some kind of food to each class that you would enjoy. Free office hours-come meet Corinne and bring your questions.

The Art of Blogging 

Join Corinne Trang, blogger and award-winning cookbook author in a fun 2-day workshop on blogging. Tuesdays 10am-Noon. $100  January 11 & 18th. Next Session:  Jan 25th & Feb 1. … we will keep giving these classes. 

Corinne will help you develop an idea, create a blog on-line, edit your first posting, and give you tips to help you keep up with blogging. It is highly recommended that you come to class with a laptop with wi-fi capabilities.
