The Tiffany-Juliet house was originally built as a single family residence in 1865 by the prominent Welles family. Bill Luby and Corrine Crocker-Luby acquired the house in October 2007 to make it an event venue. They changed the layout of the main floor to make it more open, and put a two-story addition to the back of the house to accommodate a nearly 750 square-foot open ballroom which can seat up to 88 people. The entire first floor is nearly 2,300 square feet, which accommodates the entire event space.
