Hartford Baking Company announces a new location in Glastonbury! It's expansion time! Hartford Baking Company is delighted to announce that they will be adding a third retail location in January of 2020. The new cafe will be located at 400 Hebron Ave. in Glastonbury, CT, and will have the same vibe, menu, and bread selection of the two current West Hartford locations.
Why Glastonbury? Company President, Scott Kluger says: "Glastonbury is a fantastic local community and ideal for the next step of our business, which will be bringing the fresh, artisanal Hartford Baking Company products to a broader audience in CT. We are so grateful for all the love and support for our two existing cafes and very excited for the next location."
More information on the expansion will be provided as construction continues. The location is 2100 square feet and will also feature call ahead and online ordering features for fast, easy coffee and sandwiches on the go. Stay tuned for planned media events and announcements of ribbon cuttings and more as construction is completed and the grand opening date is planned.

Hartford Baking Company currently has two retail locations, located at 965 Famington Avenue, West Hartford, and 625 New Park Avenue, West Hartford. Both cafes are supported by a central commissary bakery in Bloomfield, which also provides bread - baked onsite fresh nightly - to over ninety local restaurants and retail locations. All of Hartford Baking Company's sandwich recipes feature made-from-scratch proteins and condiments that are also prepared for the business in the commissary. Further, potential, expansion plans for the business include Farmington, Avon, the shoreline, and Fairfield County.
