Kombucha is delicious and nutritious!  Cross Culture Kombucha Taproom & Brewery will teach you how to make your own at home in their Kombucha Homebrewing Workshop on November 21.  Participants will take home a glass jar with their first one gallon home-brew started and ready for fermentation.  A $40 ticket includes the workshop in the brewery with hands-on instruction, a SCOBY and starter kit, a gallon jar, and bottomless kombucha to enjoy during the event. 

Holiday party season is here.  Learn how to whip up the perfect cocktail at the Barn’s Mixology Class on Monday November 18.  You’ll make 4 artisanal cocktails while enjoying light appetizers.  Tickets are $40 per person.

On Tuesday November 19, Fairfield Cheese Company hosts an evening all about Cheese and Wine of The French Alps.  Join them from 7-9pm for $50 per person. 

The Bow Tie Cinemas will unveil the renovations of its Majestic 6 theater located at 118 Summer Street in downtown Stamford this week.  Renovations include reserved luxury recliner seating in all auditoriums, a brand new lobby with a full bar and bar menu, a new concession stand, and new restrooms.  A highlight of the new Ultimate experience is Bow Tie Cinemas’ first full-scale restaurant and bar concept, Majestic Bar. Join them for brunch with mimosa flights, Happy Hour from 4-6 PM daily, and Reverse Happy Hour from 10:30 PM-closing daily.   

The Taps & Trees Craft Beer Festival returns to the Danbury Sports Dome on Saturday November 23.  The event, which benefits Ann’s Place Cancer Support Center , will feature numerous regional brewers such as Charter Oak, New England Cider Co, Litchfield Distillery, Mill House Brewing, Two Roads, Nod Hill, Bad Sons and more.  The event spans from 6:30-10:30pm.

Evergreen Inn presents a Wild Game Dinner featuring Litchfield Distillery on Wednesday November 20.  The 4 course dining experience consist of wild game dishes paired with Litchfield Distillery spirits and cocktails. $75 per person.
