Shake Shack’s 7th Annual Great American Shake Sale lasts through May 13th!  Donate $2 or more to No Kid Hungry at your local Shake Shack and receive a complementary hand spun shake on your next visit.

Valencia Luncheria in Norwalk now offers Sangria Sundays!  Join them from 4pm- close for ½ price pitchers of sangria and margaritas.

Chef Geoff Lazlo and Mike’s Organic in Stamford are teaming up for “Vermont Wagyu Beef, Craft Beer, + Wine” on Thursday May 10.  Lazlo will prepare wagyu on the grill while guests sip on craft beers and wine from Val’s.  Plus, meet Sheila Patinkin, founder of Vermont Wagyu.  Tickets are $125.   

On Thursdays, Basso Café treats ladies to two drinks for the price of one!  They also have a $35 menu that includes an appetizer, entrée, dessert, and ½ bottle of select wines.   

On Wednesday May 9, Finalmente Trattoria in Westport will host an Antinori Estates Wine dinner.  The 6 course meal is $110, inclusive of tax and gratuity.   

Litchfield’s Saltwater Grille invites you to a “Vive Le France Wine Dinner” on Wednesday May 9.  The evening will include five wines and five courses for $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations can be made by calling 860-567-4900.   

The Milford Public Library and The Benson-Crump Community Gardens Program want to teach you about “Preserving Your Garden Harvest – All Year Long” with Rachel Ziesk, Certified Advanced Master Gardener and Lecturer.  The free event will take place on Wednesday May 9 from 6:30-8:30pm.   

On Tuesday May 8, Brewport in Bridgeport invites all Nurses and Caregivers to join them for FREE PIZZA from 3:30-5:30pm.

This week, Fairfield Cheese Company presents “Perfect Pairings: Cheese and Honey with Red Bee.”  Join them on May 10 for an evening with Marina Marchese, founder of Red Bee Honey.  Learn how cheese and honey are intertwined!  Tickets are $50.   

Brews and BBQ returns to Danbury on Saturday May 12!  Ives Concert Park will serve as the backdrop for BBQ from local restauranteurs, craft beer and live music.  

POPSHOP’s Spring/Summer Market takes place on Saturday May 12 at The Warehouse @ FTC.  The market will feature 75 top curated vendors of antique and repurposed furniture, artwork, photography, jewelry, clothing and crafts by local artists, designers and merchants.

The Connecticut Forum in Hartford hosts “Chefs & the Art of Food” on Saturday May 12.  Tom Colicchio, Gabrielle Hamilton, and David Chang will all be at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts at 8pm!  Tickets start at $25. 

The Tavern at GrayBarns now serves brunch on Sunday.  Visit them from 11:30am-2pm.
