Chop Shop Summer Cooking Classes continue on Friday July 28 with “Gone Fishin.” Learn to make Sesame Crusted Tuna Tacos with Pineapple Salsa and Wasabi Cream; Seared Scallops with Fennel, Grapefruit, and Cukes; Summer Shellfish Bouillabaisse with Tomato and Basil Rouille; and Seared Halibut with Gremolata and White Beans. It is $80 per person and runs from 7-9pm.
The Greater New Milford Chamber of Commerce hosts the 50th Annual Village Fair Days on Juy 28 and 29. The 2 day festival includes entertainment, bingo, bouncy houses, a food court, and almost two hundred vendor and community booths.
East Norwalk Blue is commemorating its first season with an Oyster Bar Fundraiser hosted by Norm Bloom & Son Oyster Company on Saturday July 29.
