Since first experiencing Tommy Juliano's pastry program at Community Table, we have been enamored with his bold and edgy approach to dessert. We are thrilled to hear that the chef has returned to the Connecticut culinary scene as Executive Pastry Chef at ON20 in Hartford.
“The return to the pastry kitchen represents the next step in my career. I feel inspired and I’m excited to be back with a fresh outlook. Being out of a restaurant kitchen for a year has allowed me to find inspiration from other outlets, such as nature and farms,” explains Juliano.
Thomas Juliano Jr. has worked in several of Connecticut's best kitchens, including Community Table in Washington, The Copper Beech Inn, and beyond CT, including Arrows Restaurant in Ogunquit, Maine and staging at acclaimed restaurants that include WD-50 and Alinea.
