About Shelter for the Homeless
Shelter for the Homeless runs the only men’s emergency shelter serving Stamford, Greenwich, Darien and New Canaan. The shelter is located at 597 Pacific Street in Stamford’s South End neighborhood. For twenty-five years, the shelter has housed and fed lower Fairfield County’s homeless men. Shelter for the Homeless is also working to change the dynamic of homelessness. By providing programs for education, employment development and drug and alcohol addiction, the shelter is helping homeless men and women move toward self-sufficiency. Help us make this event a success.
