The menu includes lamb and Berkshire pork from Greyledge Farm in Roxbury, beef from Ox Hollow Farm, also from Roxbury, and produce from Marble Valley Farms in Kent. Representatives from these farms will be at the dinner to tell the story behind their products. The restaurant underwent a recent renoveation and reinvention to hone its menu and approach, bringing in  C.I.A.-trained Forrest Pasternack as the executive chef.

“Bailey's is a true American farm-to-table restaurant,” said owner Sal Bagliavio. “The dinner on Nov. 5 is a testament to the close relationships we have developed with farmers and the high quality of our restaurant’s food, which is handcrafted and prepared to order,” said owner Sal Bagliavio.
