Emily is the Founder of Edibles Advocate Alliance and is a driving force in the sustainable food movement.

Her book launch is scheduled for June 5th @ The Coventry Regional Farmers Market, but Emily Brooks will be making an appearance in Fairfield County on June 26th 10-1pm at the Sunday Farmers Market of Westport at the Saugatuck Congregational Church.
