ZA Pizza in Stratford announces its “Debut Re-do!”  Created by life-long friends and now business partners, ZA Pizza is rooted in pizzaiola pedigree and created for how people are eating today - fresh, from scratch, at home, and on-the-go.  The ZA begins with a non-GMO King Arthur Flour 2-day fermentation dough baked in a brick deck oven, producing a light, crisp, thin-crust pizza. Imported San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella, and fresh produce and toppings are the blueprint for ZA’a mouthwatering pizza. Build your own, or enjoy a house special ZA (12” and 16”).  ZA Pizza is open for lunch and dinner Monday-Saturday.

Tavern on State has another announcement… Provisions on State is coming soon to New Haven, CT!  Co-owner/chef Emily Mingrone and co-owner Shane McGowan started selling meats, prepared foods and even toilet paper, in addition to the Tavern takeout menu, in the early days of the shutdown.  Originally they had planned to open a second restaurant three doors down from the tavern, but that experience and the desire to provide for their neighborhood encouraged them to switch gears.  Provisions on State plans to provide both customers and other restaurants with different cuts of meat, burger blends and more.  They hope to open by September 1.

On July 31st, CTbites has partnered with MOCA Westport to a present world-accomplished quartet performing in a beautiful outdoor setting, with dinner served by the Oar & Oak food truck alongside cocktails and dessert from Baked & Sauced. In partnership with CT Bites, food will be available for purchase by Oar & Oak and drinks will be available by Baked and Sauced, or you can bring your own.
