Join Grass & Bones in Mystic on January 28th for a Dry Aged & Natural Wine Dinner. A six course dinner cooked by Chef James Wayman and his team. Using all dry aged, locally farmed products, such as Wild Harmony Farm pork, Stonington scallops, Moromi shoyu, and Beriah Lewis 1,000 day (that's right!) dry aged beef.
