This CTbites hosted Happy Hour includes 2 drinks and features new summer cocktails paired with a menu of creative appetizers conceived especially for this event by Chef John Vaast.
Enjoy pulled pork sliders with cole slaw garnish, roasted shallot custard, smoked sunburst trout mousse with gigante bean puree and trout caviar, smoked buffalo wings with caveman blue cheese, gazpacho shooters, and other delicious small bites. RESERVE YOUR "SEAT" HERE.
Taste the newest summer cocktail creations ... while the Dressing Room mixology team reveals the winning name of the recent CTbites cocktail naming contest. The summer cocktail features Connecticut's own Rime vodka, "peared" with pear liqueur and ginger.
A representative will also be on hand to present a cocktail demo, guiding us on mixing the perfect fresh agave margaritas, mojitos and sours using 100% natural fresh juice mixers featuring Ripe Bar Juices
