Terrain Garden Cafe Hosts Farmers' Table Dinner w/ The Westport Farmers' Market

Terrain Garden Cafe in Westport hosted a vegetarian dinner this week to celebrate the summer bounty of the Westport Farmers' Market. Terrain's Chef Jes Bengsten, alongside Chef Jeff Michaud from The Vetri Group, created a stunning 10 course dinner to honor the Westport Farmers' Market, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients from local growers. Cocktails and wine pairings complemented the menu that featured the diversity of plant-based cuisine. 

Much like a dinner at the farm, a single rustically elegant table was set by the Terrain team and guests enjoyed a mix of both family style and plated entrées. The complete menu can be seen below. We hope they repeat this event in the future for those who could not get tickets this time around.
