CT Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner: 2016 Edition

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and many of Connecticut’s best restaurants have Thanksgiving specials worth gobbling up!  From prix fixe menus to extensive buffets to family style to take-out, there are options for everyone.  So don’t cry fowl– make your reservations today!  Space is limited and seats fill up quickly.

1. The National, Greenwich: The National in Greenwich will serve up Thanksgiving classics with family style sides and desserts on Thanksgiving Day. It costs $85 per adult and $35 for children under 12. For those looking to go out on Thanksgiving Eve, The National will stay open late with a live DJ and late night snack menu in the bar.
2. Millwright’s, Simsbury: Millwright's in Simsbury will serve a prix fixe Thanksgiving menu from 11:30am-6pm. Adults are $59 while children 11 and under are $29.
3. Rive Bistro, Westport: Their Thanksgiving menu includes choices like Mousse de Foie Gras, a Turkey Plate, and Bistro Steak Frites. 
4. Cafe on the Green, Danbury: They will offer a four-course Thanksgiving meal with dishes like Roasted Rack of Lamb and Pan Seared Red Snapper.
5. Madison Beach Hotel, Madison: You are invited to their Thanksgiving Buffet, which includes an omelet station, carving station, hot buffet station, cheese array, dessert assortment, and more. Reservations are required and seatings are available from 11am-3pm.
6. L’escale, Greenwich: From 12-8pm, L'escale will offer a 3-course Thanksgiving dinner. It costs $75 for adults and $25 for children 12 and under.
7. elm, New Canaan: They will serve a special Thanksgiving menu to feast on at the restaurant. They also prepared a Thanksgiving-To-Go menu for those who would prefer to serve the restaurant's dishes and pies at home.
8. Rooster Co., Newington: Enjoy a family-style Thanksgiving meal at Rooster Co. in Newington. It costs $40 per adult and $15 per child (10 and under). They have wine pairing suggestions to complement your meal.
9. Mill on the River, South Windsor: At Mill on the River in South Windsor, parties of up to 8 can partake in a prix fixe Thanksgiving menu from 12-6pm. Larger parties can ask about their Thanksgiving buffet.
10. JHouse, Greenwich: At J House in Greenwich, adults can enjoy a 3-course prix fixe meal for $65 while children under 10 are $30. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Maria Fareri Children's Hospital.
11. Kensington’s at the Spa at Norwich Inn, Norwich: The Spa at Norwich Inn will serve its annual Thanksgiving buffet, complete with baked goods, a seafood display, salads, a pasta station, carving stations, hot foods, a dessert display, and more. There will be buffet options for younger diners as well. It costs $49.95 for adults and $14.95 for children ages 5-12. Under 5 are free
12. Fleming’s Steakhouse, West Hartford: Starting at 11am, Fleming's Steakhouse in Hartford will serve a 4-course Thanksgiving meal for $39.95 per adult. A children's Thanksgiving menu, as well as their regular menu, will be offered as well.
13. David Burke Prime, Foxwoods Casino: David Burke will put his whimsical twist on Thanksgiving classics at Prime, located within Foxwoods. Dine on dishes like Maine Lobster Stuffed Organic Turkey Breast, "Angry" Surf & Turf, and Pumpkin Crème Brûlée.
14. Harbor Lights, Norwalk: Presenting a 3-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu for $47.50 per person.
15. Angelico’s Lake House Restaurant, East Hampton: Angelico's Lake House Restaurant in East Hampton has a buffet-style Thanksgiving with seatings at 12, 2, and 4pm.
16. The Simsbury Inn, Simsbury: Evergreens Restaurant at the Simsbury Inn will serve a Thanksgiving buffet with seatings at 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm, and 4pm. It costs $52.95 for adults and $18.95 for children over 5. Children 4 and under are free.
17. Artisan Restaurant, Southport: Artisan Restaurant in Southport will offer its popular Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner from 12-7pm. It is $65 for adults, $39 for young adults, and $12 for kiddies.
18. Fresh Salt at Saybrook Point Inn, Old Saybrook: Fresh Salt at Saybrook Point Inn will serve an extensive Thanksgiving buffet for $52.95. Partake in carving stations, a pasta station, autumn salads, classic entrees, and more.
19. Dinosaur BBQ, Stamford: "Turkey Day Packages" for those who want to enjoy the meal at home. Order just the bird or add on sides and desserts.
20. Fire at the Ridge, Middlefield: Enjoy Thanksgiving Mountainside at Fire at the Ridge Restaurant and Lodge in Middlefield. Executive Chef Kevin Cottle is preparing a special meal, complete with carving stations.
21. City Limits, Stamford: City Limits in Stamford will be closed on Thanksgiving, but you can order their delicious desserts like the Flourless Truffle Torte or Pumpkin and Tahitian Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.
22. Fife ‘n Drum, Kent: Thankgiving menu with dishes like Chestnut Pecan Shortbread Stuffing Herb Roast Turkey, and Roast Shallot Mashed Potatoes. All of the selections are available to go, and the restaurant's regular dinner menu will also be on hand.
23. Copper Beech Inn, Essex: They will offer a five-course prix fixe menu for $68 per person until 6pm. A la carte options will also be available.
24. Metro Bis, Simsbury: Feast on a 3-course dinner at Metro Bis in Simsbury, with seatings from 11:30am-6pm.
25. Ted’s Montana Grill, South Windsor: This location is open for Thanksgiving. Opt for a turkey feast, other traditional entrees, or one of Ted's famous burgers.
26. Bear’s Smokehouse, Hartford, Windor, South Windsor: Bear's Smokehouse has a Turkey Hotline devoted to serving your Thanksgiving catering needs. Choose from an assortment of meats, sides, stuffing and breads, salads, appetizers, sauces, and desserts.
27. The Lockup Restaurant, Salisbury: They will make its grand debut on Thanksgiving day. They will serve a 3-course prix fixe meal from 12-8pm for $59 per person.
