Al’s Angels & 20 + CT Restaurants Launch Angel-ade Cocktail Month to Raise $$ For Kids in Need

Al’s Angels, a non-profit charitable organization founded by Al DiGuido of Westport, CT announced today the launch of its first annual Al’s Angels “Angel-ade Cocktail ” initiative.  Al’s Angels provides financial and emotional support to children suffering from severe challenges resulting from cancer and rare blood diseases.

As part of the initiative, more than 25 local bars and restaurants in Connecticut will be offering Angel-ade cocktails throughout the month of June  to raise donations and awareness for Al's Angels throughout the community. Initiative partners are Drinx Unlimited, Triple 8 Distillery & Newman’s Own lemonade. Participating restaurants and bars will be donating $2.00 per Angel-ade cocktail purchased throughout the month of June to Al’s Angels.

Angel-ade Cocktails will be offered at: Spotted Horse – Westport, Cask Republic – New Haven, Cask Republic – Stamford, The Spread – Norwalk, Murphy’s Townhouse Café – Stamford – Sunset Grille – Norwalk, Jimmy’s Southside – Darien , Coalhouse Pizza – Stamford , Brennan’s by the Beach – Stamford, BJ Ryan’s – Norwalk, BJ’s Banc House – Norwalk , Tavern on 7 – Norwalk , The Gingerman – Norwalk, Black Rock Tavern – Thomason , @Corner Restaurant – Litchfield , Bobby Q’s Westport, 19th Hole – Stamford, Blue Lemon – Westport + more to come!

Details for Al’s Angels “Angel-ade” initiative are as follows:

  •  What: First Annual Al’s Angels “Angel-ade Cocktail” initiative.

  •  Where: Over 20+ Bars & Restaurants throughout Connecticut. 

Participating restaurants and bars will be donating $2.00 per Angel-ade cocktail purchased throughout the month of June to Al’s Angels. Just like all other Al's Angels initiatives, 100 percent of all proceeds from the “Angel-ade Cocktail” sales will go directly to providing Al’s Angels with the funds required to provide thousands of children and families with holiday meals and gifts this year. 

Founded in 2004 by digital marketing pioneer Al DiGuido, the mission of Al’s Angels is to provide financial and emotional support to children suffering from severe challenges resulting from cancer and rare blood diseases, and to provide them moments of joy during the holiday season. 

Al’s Angels continues to work with a network of partners to help reach those in desperate need. Membership in  Al’s Angels continues to grow each year. There are currently over 3,000 Angels working this year to provide support and aid to tens of thousands of children and families in desperate need.
