Congratulations to Bun Lai! He has raised the bar for all chefs and restaurants. His dedication to truly sustainable eating and serving food that is delicious AND affordable as in "Sushi for the Masses" is miles ahead of many these days. We need more establishments like Miya's- only wish it was closer!
