Naked Greens Opens in Wilton

If you've been driving up or down Route 7 in Wilton of late, chances are good you've seen the gleaming green sign at 239 Wilton Road (formely Soup Alley) announcing the impending arrival of Naked Greens, officially opening on January 12, 2013.
A healthy and convenient take on fast food, Naked Greens (first opened in South Norwalk in 2012) stocks soups, wraps and salad greens with a selection of fresh and natural ingredients. First opened in South Norwalk, Naked Greens is health conscious brain child of Victor Melendez, a Wilton resident. This location will be a 3,000 sq. ft. space with seating for 35 and convenient hours for commuters (a breakfast menu is planned).
Naked Greens Wilton is located at 239 Danbury Road (Route 7). For more information, visit http://naked-greens.com/, or http://www.facebook.com/nakedgreens.

I have eaten at the one in Norwalk and think it is great. So happy it is coming to Wilton.
Would be great to see some natural drinks at Sun Winefest along with all the wine :)
What a great idea Leslie, to please all kinds at the Sun Winefest!
I'm looking forward to some new lunch options in the area!
A nice fresh salad and a glass of wine sounds great right about now.... Would be even greater if I could attend the Sun WineFest @ Mohegan to try some new wines!
Please open in Darien!
This is going to open right near my work! Cannot wait to try it out - will be a good cleanse after the Mohegan Sun Winefest on the 26th!
Sounds just as awesome as the experience at Sun Winefest would be.
A great healthy lunch option for those who work in the Wilton area. Have eaten at Naked Greens in Sono and love the concept. Looking forward to lunching at the Wilton location!
this place would help get after all the wine I could drink at the winefest!
I enjoyed my salad very much. I'm a closet iceberg lettuce fan, so it was really nice to have it as an option. The space is clean and bright, and there were a ton of lunch options. I wish they offered gluten-free bread for their sandwiches. Depending on what you add to your salad, it can get expensive quickly: unlike at Garelick & Herb, all proteins cost extra. At 1:30pm on a Thursday, the place had a bit of a "stay at home mom" vibe -someone's kid cried and it seemed like everyone in the place stopped and said, "aww."
