We will demonstrate how to mix croissant dough and laminate croissant dough and then for the best part, hands-on croissant making. You will learn how to make croissants, pain au chocolat and the very popular monkey bread. We got you covered for Valentine’s Day! In this two-hour class, we will make, bake and decorate Valentine’s Day cookies. That special person in your life will love this handmade, yummy treat. If that wasn’t enough, we are going to teach you how to make linzer cookies. This is one of our crowd favorites that we can never seem to make enough of- you will learn why!
Valentine’s Day at Scratch Baking

Couples reunite! Nothing says romance more than baked goods. We have a great class planned where we will start with making a savory pizza- arugula pizza! A perfect combination of sweet, salty and spicy. While the pizza is baking we will be finishing up the class with a boozy dessert- it is a surprise, you will have to join us to find out what special treat you will be enjoying.
Breakfast Pizza and Quiche Basics
OFFERED: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH from 6-8PM
In this two-hour class we will start by making quiche dough... Learn the method for making the flakiest, most buttery crust quiche and tart crust that you will ever sink your teeth into. We will then go onto our Breakfast Pizza, quite possibly the most popular item at Scratch Baking. You can’t go wrong with a thin whole wheat crust topped with seasonal veggies and finished with organic local eggs.
