Caraluzzi's Market in Wilton just completed a big expansion adding a new prepared foods department (with a carving station!) and an open butcher's shop. Meat is custom cut to order, and the new cafe features paninis made with gracious gourmet spreads as well as some other unique ingredients (creme de brie, artichokes and brown sugar ham baked on-site, to name a few). This is a great lunch spot or a place to find unusual ingredients.
