Changes are afoot for Chef Arik Bensimon and Napa and Company
Chef Arik Bensimon has left Napa and Company and is excited about the next chapter in his culinary career. Chef Arik joined Napa in 2009 and guided the kitchen in creating extraordinary cuisine. Chef Arik told CTbites that he is currently looking into a project at an unnamed restaurant in Fairfield County where he can create “food from around the world.” His new menu should allow the guests to enjoy various cuisines in either a Tapas or entrée version.
The new Executive Chef at Napa and Company is Chef Leonardo Marino. He brings an incredible culinary resume including working in the kitchens of several of New York's most respected restaurants including Le Bernadin, Jean George, and Bouley.
