The Schoolhouse at Cannondale Does Veggie Wednesdays

As you may know, the Schoolhouse at Cannondale has always had a great relationship with our veggie growers and have only supported responsible animal husbandry. But, it's time to go a step further for a few Wednesdays in February. In addition to our normal full menu, we'll offer a four course vegetarian/ vegan tasting menu on Wednesdays in February. The flavors will be exciting, surprising, and you'll leave feeling extremely satisfied.

Great idea. Yet another reason to visit what i think is one of the best restaurants in the new york area.
Sounds like heaven to me! It's a natural for Tim and his team to go veg once a week considering their focus on local veg all year round. I'm in!

course offering will be available in addition to our regular, ever

Grrrrreat idea. It's inspiring to see chefs expand their horizons and test their cooking skills in the vegetarian realm. Many of us really appreciate that. So thanks for doing it - I hope this special finds a permanent place in your restaurant. If so, we'll make plans to get down there.
