Westport's got onions, yo.

Sadly, Greens Farms is the only farm I know of. I could jump on Google, but that would be cheating, so consider this a head start for the next guessers.

Yup, Onion farming! And I think the farms were Greens Farm, Burr Farm and Grays Farm.

It's definitely onions. Many homes still have onion barns today, but now used for storage and studios. Onions were grown primarily in the mid19th century, but a cutworm plague destroyed the crops before the end of the 1800s. Three farms which productd onions were: Wakeman's Farm, Rippe's Farm and Masiellos Farm.

Onions- apparently my home on a small hill was on an old onion field and my neighbor's home was an old onion barn.
