Wow...only one though. We grill 100s of times per year but if I need to choose a single item, I'll grill a nice thick rib-eye steak.

It's all about the grilled shrimp tacos at my house...shredded cabbage, chipotle crema, and hot sauce. Tastes like summer.

Grilling Grow and Behold, Kosher, organic, pasteur grazed, chicken breasts. They've been resting in Global Gardens (Santa Barbara County) EVOO and lemon juice flavored with El's Kitchen medium spicy chicken rub. can't go wrong unless we get distracted by good wine and overcook!

Made grilled pizza with Muenster cheese, caramelized onions, and leftover slow cooked BBQ short ribs - was awesome!!

I would have to say that a homemade spice rub on a New York Strip with a dab of homemade BBQ sauce is my favorite. It's only second to smoking a rack of ribs simply because it takes 6 hours.
