Connecticut Farmer & Feast Cookbook

Connecticut FARMER & FEAST, by Emily Brooks,  is a revolutionary new cookbook that will introduce readers to Connecticut's agricultural bounty and those passionate individuals - Connecticut's farmers and producers - who toil endlessly to bring us our food. Emily is the Founder of Edibles Advocate Alliance and is a driving force in the sustainable food movement.

Meet more than 40 of Connecticut's devoted farmers (view complete list here) and producers who proudly produce Connecticut's "locally grown" produce, meats, cheeses, and other food items featured in farm stands, farm markets, and top restaurants throughout the Nutmeg State.

Her book launch is scheduled for June 5th @ The Coventry Regional Farmers Market, but Emily Brooks will be making an appearance in Fairfield County on June 26th 10-1pm at the Sunday Farmers Market of Westport at the Saugatuck Congregational Church. For a complete list of her CT book signing tour stops, click here. Signed copies will be available for purchase directly from Emily, or look for Connecticut Farmer & Feast at a store near you.
