Some would argue Ondine doesn't as much, so I will throw in Blue Lemon and Manolo's in Westport

Hi All,

We are close but not quite there. Each answer has one to two restaurants that are not considered farm-to-fork.
Any other entries or maybe a combined answer (hint, hint)?

Or....if you won't count The Elm because they aren't open yet, please substitute Nicholas Roberts in Norwalk in the list I just posted. Thanks.

Congratulations Dave! All of the above are farm to fork restaurants. You can pick up your winnings at the Market on Thursdays.

On to the next one...

Yippee! Thanks Lori! OK if my wife, Eve picks it up? Where at the market will it be?

Sorry but which of the first post is NOT farm to fork? They all use local ingredients from local farms...I even checked this website to see whether they do.

Of course not all of them use only local products..no one does.
