Learn about the history and curing process of the most delicious ham in the world, found only in Spain. Enjoy a multi course tasting session accompanied by a variety of Spanish cheeses, wines, and sherry. The Iberico black pig can only be found in Spain, and is revered for its unique flavor achieved through a diet of acorns. For anyone who loves food, this is an evening not to be missed.
