I swear by Pagano's off exit 14 in Norwalk. They supply many restaurants in the area. I've also recently discovered Superior Seafood within Stiles Market (on Post Rd in Westport next to Carvel) and they are excellent. No smell to the fish and super super fresh. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

I haven't been there in a while, but I had good luck at Fjord Fisheries in Westport (really close to Southport line on the Post Rd). It's pricey, but who wants to take a chance with sushi?
