I ate there on Monday and again today (and going back tomorrow for dinner!) I am a very big fan of sushi and sashimi and have eaten in some of the best establishments (Blue Ribbon in NYC, up until Pink Sumo, was my favorite). My taste buds have never been happier. The entire experience, from the design to the tasty creations, far exceeded my very high standards. The fish was so fresh (in some instances still moving) and the sauces and presentation where incredible. Congratulations to Sky, the owner, bringing such a great place to downtown Westport. I am sure Pink Sumo will be a huge success.
