My current food cravings are: steamed pork buns, al pastor quesadilla (Nexcali taco truck in New Haven) and NYC street gyros

The only fast food I will eat is: All of it. I know that’s terrible to say – I love fast food but rarely indulge! 

If I could be any Iron Chef, I would be: Tony Bourdain, that sassy man!

My favorite restaurant in Hartford County is: Firebox, ON20 and Millwrights (can’t just choose one)

My favorite restaurant in the Tri-State area is: Momofuku ko

Restaurant dish I wish I could make at home: Shaved foie gras sundae with lychee and reisling gelee from Momofuku ko. That’ll never happen.

My go-to dinner party entrée is:  Blueberry glazed babyback ribs – Food & Wine’s recipe.

When I’m not eating, I’m….petting cats or planning my next work event. Usually simultaneously. 

Prepared food I have let people think was home-made…Cupcakes from a mix. I DID make the frosting though.

I’d rather pick (pumpkins, apples, strawberries): Blueberries

The last book I enjoyed was: Garlic and Sapphires – Ruth Reichl

My favorite movie of all time is: Weekend at Bernies. I could watch it every day.

My favorite food related movie of all time is: Jiro Dreams of Sushi
