Restaurant dish I wish I could make at home: Shaved foie gras sundae with lychee and reisling gelee from Momofuku ko. That’ll never happen.
My go-to dinner party entrée is: Blueberry glazed babyback ribs – Food & Wine’s recipe.
When I’m not eating, I’m….petting cats or planning my next work event. Usually simultaneously.
Prepared food I have let people think was home-made…Cupcakes from a mix. I DID make the frosting though.
