My current food cravings are: Pork Buns from Momofuku Ssam Bar.

My fast food weakness is: BLT wraps.

If I could be any television celebrity I would be: Gordon Ramsay

My favorite restaurant in Fairfield County is: The Schoolhouse at Cannondale.

My favorite restaurant in the Tri-State area is: Blue Hill at Stone Barns.

Restaurant dish I wish I could make at home: The Foie Gras Pizza from Au Pied du Cochon in Montreal.

My go-to dinner party entrée is: Salmon, in the Spring, when Copper River salmon are running.

When I’m not eating, I’m ... planning the next meal, traveling or planning the next trip, getting up at the crack of dawn to watch Formula One, or making ice cream.

Prepared food I have let people think was home-made… Those secrets go with me to the grave – I mean, I even render my own duck fat and make my own steak sauce!

I’d rather pick (pumpkins, apples, or strawberries…) Sungold Tomatoes.

The last book I enjoyed was: Gabrielle Hamilton’s Blood, Bones, & Butter

My favorite movie of all time is: L.A. Confidential

My favorite food related movie is: Lately, Bitter Feast.
