Fleishers Craft Butchery in Westport will have another installation of Beef Butchery 101 on Tuesday August 30 at 7pm. The night covers Craft Butchery philosophies on sourcing and sustainability, butchering knife skills, basic animal anatomy, demonstrations by a Craft Butchery master butcher, and tasting of samples.
