Stonebridge Restaurant and Wines and More Milford are teaming up for a 6-Course Wine Dinner on Tuesday July 12.  Dishes include local cheeses, charcuterie, and pine nut pesto salmon.  Some of the wine selections are Mionetto Gran Rosé, Château Les Tourelles de Longueville Pauillac, and Orin Swift Abstract.  It costs $75 per person (tax and gratuity included). Get spicy with Silo Hunt Hill Farm!  On Saturday July 16, they’ll host a cooking class called “Hot, Spicy Food & Cold, Frosty Beer.”  It runs from 11am-2pm and costs $95 per person.

Savor a Farm to Table Dinner at Castle Hill in Newtown on Sunday July 17.  Sport Hill Farm, Castle Hill Farm, Berkshire Mountain Bakery, and other local farmers will come together to highlight their ingredients.  The menu includes Red Miso Tri Tip Steak on a Cucumber Raft with Crushed Nuts , Poached Lobster Bites with Shiso Pesto, and more.  There is a cocktail hour, but BYOB for dinner. 

Happy Hours at The Whelk and Kawa Ni run Tuesday-Friday from 4:30-6pm.  Join them for $1 Copps Island oysters, Fried oyster sliders, seasoned fries, blackened shrimp and steamers in bacon and beer broth, and more.

Cask Republic in Norwalk has a host of new offerings!  Visit them this summer for:
