INDIA New Canaan and New Canaan Wine Merchants are teaming up to present a Rosé Wine Dinner on Wednesday June 22. The evening begins at 7pm with a sparkling rosé and small bites, followed by a sit down four-course meal. Chef Prasad Chirnomula’s delicious cuisine will be presented alongside a white wine, two rosés, and a red wine. The Hartford Public Library has an EGG-cellent program on June 22. “Put An Egg On It” will show guests how to use this simple, yet versatile, ingredient to make several amazing recipes. Make crispy fried olive oil egg on gruyere toast, carbonara, spinach and egg pizzetta, and avocado baked eggs. Tickets are $45 per person.
