The 4-course dinner begins with a 2012 - SAUVIGNON BLANC - RUTHERFORD ESTATE paired with “DUNGENESS CRAB RAVIOLI, SWISS CHARD, NORI BEURRE BLANC.” Following the pasta course, a 2012 - NAPA VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON will be paired with “FOIE GRAS & DUCK "GALANTINE" LINGONBERRY GASTRIQUE.”
The third course matches a 2012 - ST. HELENA CABERNET SAUVIGNON – BARTOLUCCI alongside a “DRY-AGED NY STRIP, BRAISED SHORT RIB, PORCINI'S, CHESTNUT & PUMPKIN HASH;” and finish the evening with a 2013 - SAUVIGNON BLANC - LATE HARVEST served with “EPOISSES, TRUFFLE BUTTERMILK BISCUITS, CINNAMON SMOKED HONEY COMB.”
