What if a renowned BBQ pit master and a James Beard Foundation Award nominated chef joined forces to create their own version of BBQ?
Chef Tyler Anderson of Millwright’s in Simsbury and Jamie “The Bear” McDonald of Bears Smokehouse are doing just that on Monday nights, as they collaborate on what they are calling "The Cook & The Bear," an inspired BBQ joint each Monday evening at Millwright's.
What to expect? According to Millwright's, "a casual vibe, fun drink specials, crazy good BBQ."
