Jenn Balin of Sugar & Olives will be the guest chef at the Westport Farmers' Market Thursday May 28th and she will be whipping up some of her incredibly delicious Ramp and Pistachio Pesto. I've had it over eggs. It's killer good. You can find the recipe below.

SUGAR & OLIVES' RAMP AND PISTACHIO PESTO
a nice big bunch of ramp leaves,
bulbs removed and reserved
1/4 cup garlic confit
1/2 cup pistachios, toasted
2 T lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a Cuisinart and season to taste with salt and pepper.
