The Chelsea in Fairfield is celebrating two years in business with a 2 course lunch for $15.99 or a 3 course dinner for $29.99 between Sunday July 27 and Friday August 1.

On Tuesday July 29, Red Stone Pub of Simsbury will have a beer dinner featuring Overshores Brewing Co., a new Connecticut brewery that specializes in Belgian Ales. Saturday August 2, the 5K Brew Run + Fest comes to New Haven.  The event is 5k road race followed by a local craft beer festival.  It is held in each New England state at different times and now it’s CT’s turn!  The race starts at 12pm and is open to walkers and runners of all levels.  A post-race craft brew festival is open to all race participants or those wishing to just attend the brew fest until 4. http://www.craftbrewraces.com/newhaven/
