From macrobiotics to cooking the perfect brunch for Mom, Six Main restaurant in Chester has announced their class line-up for the month of April. Each class is $65 per person and includes recipes, demonstration by the chef instructor, and tasty samples of everything made in class. Asian Fusion
Wednesday April 10th 11am-2pm

The menu and recipes you'll learn for this class, includes: Spicy Mushroom Spring Roll, Veggie Pad Thai with crispy tofu, and Ginger Green Tea Ice Cream.

Intro to Macrobiotics
Wednesday April 24th 11am-2pm

This class focuses on an introduction to the basic principles of Macrobiotics.  You'll learn how to make: Gingery Greens, Miso Soup. Maple Glazed Winter Squash, Perfect Brown Rice with lemon tahini sauce, and Almond Cookies.

Mother’s Day Brunch Class
Wednesday May 1st 11am-2pm

Learn how to make something special for the moms in your life that is both healthy and delicious. You'll learn to make: Creamy Cucumber Bisque, Grilled Romaine and Avocado Salad with smoked tomato vinaigrette, Asparagus and Mushroom Crepe with tofu hollandaise, and Berries and Vanilla Cream Parfait.
