Aiming to offer an experience beyond the usual wine dinner, Chocopologie's series of events combine intriguing pairings of chocolate, spirits and food. The first came in April as a five-part pairing of scotch and chocolates pairing Knipschildt chocolates with five single malt Scotches. May 10: Sophisticated Pairings 101: Beer, Cheese, Chocolate
This event will feature five beers, five chocolates, and five cheeses and focus on helping participants understand how and why food pairings actually work through a series of exercises that participants can easily learn and use on their own. Price is $65/person ($60 if you attended the April Single-Malt pairing). Here is a sneak peek of the menu:
