Looking for that perfect restaurant to woo your significant other this Valentine's Day? Try one of these great romantic spots in Fairfield County, CT. 

Schoolhouse - WiltonThis quaint renovated schoolhouse is the quintessential special occasion spot (if you can get a reservation). Local ingredients and nuanced flavors highlight this menu.  

Paci - Southport Nestled in the Southport train station, Paci's unique interior combines a renovated freight depot with urban modern chic. This Southport favorite has been serving some of the best Italian fare in FC since 1996. 

L'Escale - Greenwich This is the restaurant you think of when you think romantic dining. Fireplaces and water views highlight this beautiful spot. Valentine's Day will be a special night indeed at L'Escale as they will be offering "endless champagne" to their diners for one night only.  

Lolita Cocina - Byram (Greenwich)Go Gothe…Red velvet, black chandeliers, loud music and dripping candles create a sexy vibe at this nouveau Mexican spot. If you can't get to Greenwich, try their sister restaurant, Red Lulu in Norwalk.  

Bistro Bonne Nuit - New Canaan New Canaan's perennial French classic offers intimate dining with top notch service and an always pleasing French menu. Tables are tight here so say hi to your neighbor…it might be Gene Wilder, a frequent guest.   

The Dressing Room - WestportMichel Nischan's upscale barn is always warm and inviting, with a stone hearth gracing the main dining room. Executive Chef Jon Vaast has recently created a new dinner menu, and you can expect a few signature Valentines cocktails from mixologist John Cronin.  

Thomas Henkelman @ the Homestead Inn - Greenwich Escape for the night to the Homestead Inn for the ultimate in luxury, romance, and exceptional contemporary French cuisine. Voted by Zagat's as "one of the best 11 restaurants in the USA," you can't go wrong. Henkelman always delivers. 

leFarm - WestportRustically elegant and candlelit, Chef Taibe never fails to delight diners with his surprising juxtaposition of flavors and textures in his wonderful farm to table menu. Vegatarians…go elsewhere.  

The Boathouse - WestportOverlooking the Saugatuck River,  Chef John Holzwarth sources pristine local ingredients for his well curated, always excellent menu.  Tables are nicely spaced for privacy in this 45 person dining room. 

Bernard's - Ridgefield Bernard's has long been a favorite romantic spot for top notch French cuisine in a beautiful country setting. Bernard and his wife Sarah have a prix fixe prepared for February 14th. Expect some wonderful wine pairing as well.
