Williams-Sonoma has many great cooking shortcuts, but here is one of my favorites...the ad hoc All-Natural Fried Chicken Kit from Thomas Keller’s Napa Valley restaurant. It consists of a lemon-herb brine (aha, the secret to great fried chicken!) and coating mix. The coating crisps to a beautiful golden brown locking in flavorful, juicy chicken. It’s the best I’ve ever had.
